About Rachel
Rachel is a dynamic personal trainer with six years of experience, known for her detailed, client-focused programs. She guides clients through strength, power, and mobility work, ensuring they achieve their goals in the safest and most effective way possible. Her versatile training style spans group fitness and personal training, drawing on knowledge she has gained from her diverse career, including her background in acting!

Why She Started:
Rachel’s journey into fitness began as a personal mission to overcome the unhealthy habits of her youth, which involved under-eating and over-exercising. Having navigated these challenges herself, she is driven to help others avoid similar pitfalls. Rachel is passionate about the mental and physical benefits of training and committed to supporting her clients every step of the way. Her clients are her number one priority, and she is excited to empower other moms to achieve their best selves!
